The David Broome Event Centre Wales' premier Equestrian Centre, and the UK's busiest. We welcome equestrian disciplines from grassroot to international level, including but not limited to Showjumping, Dressage, Eventing, Showing, Mounted Games and Carriage Driving.
Carriage driving ponies are small, agile equines bred or trained specifically for pulling carriages and carts. They possess a sturdy build, with strong legs and a well-muscled body that allows them to handle the physical demands of pulling a carriage. These ponies are known for their intelligence, calm temperament, and responsiveness to the driver's commands, making them ideal for both competitive driving and leisurely outings. Their elegant movement and polished appearance add to the charm of traditional carriage driving, often seen in various equestrian events and parades.
